Semi-Privacy-Villa 

The Villa panel is a semi-privacy panel. Material consists of 1-1/2" x 5-1/2" bottom rail, 2" x 3-1/2" top rail and 7/8" x 3" pickets. Picket spacing is 3/4". 48" high has top and bottom rail, 60", 72, & 96" high have a 2" x 3-1/2" mid rail. Mid rail placement is variable. Aluminum stiffener is included in the bottom rail. Due to the tight spacing, the Villa panels must be stepped when installed on a grade. The 48" will "rack" slightly, but there is virtually no movement in the three rail panels. Available in white or tan.
